Many thanks again, I have got to write to the company to try and sort out a way of paying them and I am contacting the court to see if the did issue a CCJ so I can start sorting the debt stuff out, in the meantime he is going to keep his head down and I have said i will only contact them via letter that way we will have copies of what hs been put if they get funny again.

I am just having a coffee and then time to plough through the paperwork and sort the letters out you suggested earlier.

I will update this thread as soon as I have any new info
