Warning BG Websaver 5 customer put on standard tariff in error
Word of warning. I have just signed up for British Gas Websaver 5 from one of their other tariffs. Got a statement and despite it saying websaver 5 I was actually put on a standard tariff. Might be an idea for other people who have signed up to check this out as they say it was a glitch

Where have you been looking? How about British Gas's site and comparison sites. It's on the supplier's site and I can not find a comparison site that does not list it. Where are these places that do not have the information?0 -
I was sent a new online statement/bill which had both the old tariff for the previous 63 days and the new tariff for 1 day. The clue was that the tier 1 and 2 prices were higher on the new tariff than the original tariff0
