What's tripping, the breaker for the oven, or the RCD for the consumer unit?

Don't forget you get a 2 year guarentee with bosch. Just dont tell them you've replaced parts yourself.

You certainly need to get this checked by a professional electrician. Although you changed the elements there seems to be something tripping out the oven for some reason.
    I would have stopped here.
It could be in the cable that is running back to the fuseboard. Is the cable strong enough for the oven (6 square) Maybe you need to get the whole load that the house is drawing to make sure that you are not overloading your fuseboard/elcb Board.
Single ovens run off 13A sockets. Cookers (dual ovens) require a separate RCD protected circuit to the consumer unit. We don't even know what cooking kit the OP has actually! What do you mean by whole house load?
