dvd recoreder with built in hard drive

i have this but the dvd now wil not burn from the hard drive so i cant get a copy on dvd to keep and have to keep deleting to make space.
Is it possable to use the scart out that goes to the tv and use this to scart in onanother dvd recorder to copy that way.

I have a Toshiba HDD and DVD Recorder which I use to copy programmes from my Sky+ box but I also transfer from a DVD player using scart.0
