EDF Price

Hi All,

I'm NPower at the moment and just checked to see if I could save some money by changing my gas and electric supplier, EDF came out at £320 per year saving, my question is are EDF due a price increase and do you think it would be the right time to change, I got stung last year, moved in the summer and the prices went up in just before the winter.

Cheers

Unfortunately none of us have a crystal ball. However if it's the online tariff prices last increase on 31st October 2005 and did not get put up along with the March 2006 increase - so could be likely that there will be a rise.

However I believe the online tariff available now is different to the online tariff I'm on at the moment and is slightly dearer - about £59 worth. So maybe this new tariff won't go up but who knows!
