Hi,I know how you feel with the chapped hands i keep getting that at winter time and it hurts to use your hands! i used to use Neutrogena a little goes a long way. I have since changed to the boots hemp hand cream as linked above, doesn't look or smell as nice but is lovely on the hand and mine cleared up within a week fully! You do feel the difference as soon as you use it though. I have two of them one for home and one for handbag. I use in morning, whenever i wash my hands or go outside and just before bed. You don't need much of it either.
