My Ebay listings all end on Monday evening, I currently have one item at £13 with 4 watchers, one at 99p with 4 watchers and one at £3.33 with 2 watchers.

I have one item with no bids - but don't think that will sell.

I have already sold one item through Buy-it-now for £15.

So have made a good start to the £50 challenge, but think I will have to get more things listed this week.
Thrifty Gifty February make £20 challenge £21.05/£20.

well I have rated 20 odd reviews over the last week and have just written my first review :) of 897 words :O, earning 500 points, I am half way through another review for my mobile and will be following this with a review of MSE and Facebook as well as a few of the applicatiosn I use :), quick question though, do you earn point for just writing reviews or rating them as well?

Will be looking for more items to review before I make a start on my OU work :D

    Hi

Can I join in too please? Last year I was very disorganised and December was a very expensive month  So this year I am already having a huge declutterr and putting lots of stuff on ebay etc.

So far this month have sold the big fish tank and fish (but proceeds of that will go towards a new one for DH for his birthday) and some other bits and pieces. I am aiming to list 5 things a day out of the decluttering (yes I really do have that much to go!!) so that I dont get tooooo overwhelmed.

I have also started the save £1 a day challenge so that by the time I get to Christmas I should have a tidy sum put away.

So this month so far I have sold enough on ebay to qualify for the £50 challenge, just need to go and check out dooyoo too!

You don't earn points for rating someone else's review. However, most people will 'return rate' which means when they see you have rated one of their reviews, they will in turn rate one of yours so you will then earn the 15 points. The more reviews you rate the more chance there is of people rating yours, so it's definitely worth doing :)

Morning all, toted up how much i've spent on presents, cards paper etc for birthdays and xmas so far and my grand total is £35.90. I have so far made savings of over £80 on my bargains so v pleased with that.
Off to check my surveys in a min i'm so close to my first £10 from lightspeed i can smell it:D
Wish i could get on with ebay, i might try again if i dare. While i've been sorting out my bedroom i've come across a brand new radley bag and a pair of gucci sunglasses bought for me a few years ago. Would i get anything decent for them?

You earn money on the reviews you write and if people rate your reviews. The way it works is if people see you rating theirs, they return the favour -so don't think, I don't get paid so I'm not doing it again.

ETA - OOPS, Sorry Nicky, I really must read to the end before replying!!!

Nicky- your radley handbag and the sunglasses should do well. The sunglasses especially, as this time of year people go skiing or far flung holidays and need sunglasses, but they are not widely available in the shops.

Check out the prices before you list - watch a couple of items that are similar in my ebay, and see what they have sold for when they finish. You may be surprised!!!

It's not too late - Welcome!!!

Dooyoo is a review site found at www.dooyoo.co.uk You sign up and write reviews on anything you like, this earns you 500 dooyoo miles (aka 50p). People rate your review as to whether it's very useful, useful, somewhat useful or rubbish - for this you get 1.5p for every one. You rate other peoples too, and then they will get 1.5p. You build up a circle of friends who you trust. They will rate yours and they rate their's, so you earn each other money.

The minimum amount of words per review where you can get paid is 150 (I paniced (sp) at first but it goes past surprisingly quickly. The money earned mounts up quickly too i've been on there two weeks and have earned over £12.00, so the challenge is still do-able.

Sign up and look for me in the members bit, pm me and i'll give you any help you need.

I've only really been rating reviews from people on here, and also random people who rated my reviews, but I do really think it's worth rating other peoples who you don't know. I went ot the page of new reviews and rated them all, and within 15 minutes or so I had another 12 ratings - so I do think it's worth it guys!
