I dont know how you all manage to do so well. I am slowly getting the hang of this but getting a bit deflated. I ordered 2 vouchers at the end of March with Toluna and have never heard anything about them. I tried emailing them but they dont seem to respond. I have also ordered a paypal voucher from lightspeed last Friday and its never cleared my paypal account. Does anyone know how long to pay out?
Ur doing brilliantly, my motto, doesn't matter whether its a 1p or £1 its an extra that we didn't have before.
Toluna tend to do a monthly batch, can take upto 2 months, depending on whether you missed the catch off date.
xxxx rip dad... we had our ups and downs but we’re always be family xx0 -
Morning Ladies,
Had two surveys this morning but screened out of both. Just about to do the daily clicks as havent done them for a few days.
Ebay, two people have paid, other person said they would pay today as their paypal messing up. Had enough free stamps to post the lot so have managed to make on the postage too, charged £4 each on the jeans and £2 on the top so thats an extra tenner so total before ebay fees is £51.50.
My niece emailled us all through facebook that she is doing a skydive later in the eyar for Help the Heroes. Went online to sponsor her £5 and the page mucked up where they ask you to veryify your card. I couldnt remember my password last time I used this so had to reset it but it never changed the password hint so I was trying to put in the old password. Then went to forgot my password and it ended up saying it couldnt do the transaction as there was an error so started it all over again. The bit where you put in how much yu want to pay was pre set to £25 and you had to change it to whatever you were going to sponsor them and this time round trying to do it quick I forgot to change it and didnt realise until I got an email saying thank you for sponsoring her £25. Its going to a good cause though so I dont mind (her boyfriend is out in Afghanistan at the moment) , just hope others in the family dont see it and expect me to do the same for them if they are doing something in the future.
Hopefully will hear something from shopping soon now deadline has been reached, then I can start putting my reviews on Dooyoo.0 -

I felt a bit deflated a couple of weeks ago as well, had had enough of slogging through surveys/reviews, and was disappointed I wasn't way up there with our money neutral champions! But as always I was buoyed up by comments on here, and they're all right - any money you make is better than no money, if you're getting ahead now it will really help come Christmas, and especially if this is your first time doing it it's bound to take a while. You're doing great just by doing it!!! Sending you a big:D:D
Toluna can take AGES to pay out, I think I ordered vouchers in November and they came January, but they do pay out, so don't worry I don't think your money will disappear.
btw am having a bit of a break from dooyoo so sorry anyone if you're rating me and I'm not rating back - will get back on it next week.0 -
I have sold the second thing I had listed on ebay (buy it now), and have watcher on third.
I have bid on and won a brand new pair of curtains, on ebay, for DD2's room for when we re-decorate in the summer, and I am waiting to see if my offer is accepted on the matching duvet set. Will be a bargain - should cost £80 for both and if offer is accepted will cost £51 (inc p+p) and if my last item sells will be totally Money Neutral. :beer:I :heartpuls M.S.E.Mortgage Free 18/01/10 13 years and 8 months early on a 20 year mortgage!

I agree, try not to feel deflated, any money made is more than you had before. When it gets to Christmas time I bet you'll really apreciate how much it will helpI admit I felt a little disappointed in myself when I saw how much money other people had made. But the main thing to remember is that we're not competing against each other, rather we're helping and encouraging each other.
I wish I had more time to write reviews on Dooyoo, do surveys and list things on Ebay, but I work full time and have a toddler so I know I will never have much free time! I know that I won't make as much money as others but I'll do the best I can and it will definitely make a big difference.
Also, while I may not have raised as much money as many people here, I also may not have as many presents etc to buy at Christmas so it balances out.Making money for Christmas 2012!0 -

I know - isn't it shocking? I understand we need these things to keep the country safe, but why is the price so high? Grrrr.
