Havent done any reviews for a while now. Have got soem saved on the comp to go on but they are what I put on shopping site so dont want to put them on Dooyoo until I hear back from the others to say its ok. They havent answered my email yet.

Did some surveys over weekend, not many but am £5 away from £50 payout with You Gov. That seems to have mounted up quickly.

Listed 3 items on Ebay, have a bid on one pair of jeans for £2.50, think they will go for more than that though as good make.

Did daily clicks most days last week, one of them is due to pay me £32 on Weds.

Need to sort out some bingo, cant remember now which site you said you do the free scratches on? I got Chucked off Littlewoods for just doing the scratchies and nothing else. Would like to join another one and use the money made for playing games, might be lucky but not sure what one to join. Would have to be something that isnt same company as Littlewoods which is part of StMinevar or something similar. Wouldnt want to win big and they not pay out.

Off out with SIL to visit some fabric shops in a bit so expect I will be spending some money. Want to buy some fur to make the Grandchildren teddies for Christmas.

Thanks guys for all the encouragement - you are great:beer:!

Feeling a bit better today, think it was just one of those days when everything got on top of me. However, new week, new start, so I will count the few days break as a holiday and get back to work now. Like you say, it's money I wouldn't have had otherwise and I really do feel better getting ahead with presents, have quite a few ideas for other presents too so will try and get things sorted as much as I can by end of summer, I am starting a uni course in Sept so i know I will be really busy.

THANK YOU - seriously, I love this thread, know I don't post that much but really do follow you all! I am more:j today than:mad: so yay!

PS - think I must have got my money-making head back on a little last night and have a little non-emotional question! I've got a pile of electrical stuff - an old phone, photo printer, a monitor, that kind of thing. Any ideas about where I could sell it? We're planning on doing a car boot in a bit, could I take them there?

Car boot is a great place to sell them.

For the phone though - check out the recycling places on quidco first. Cashinmyfone give you £4.50 cashback on top of the price you get for your phone, and if you go for vouchers instead of a cheque, they give you 10% more.

:D:DWell done everyone on your "making of the money", I think that no matter how much extra you make its a bonus, because its more than you had before:T:T:T

Well done all of you, round of applause:T:T

I put DS `s scooter on ebay, was quite happy its met the reserve and gone over and has a few days to go so thats a positive:j

On friday, i went shopping and when I looked down there was £5 on the floor of the car park, I was so pleased, not a soul in site, I was feeling so positive, got a few bargains with it for my christmas hampers, was pleased.:D:D

Then DD dropped her phone it was broke, at the same DS phoned ( her twin brother) he passed his test thursday :T but within 24 hours he`d crashed his car and and I just got the quote to repair it using 2nd hand parts £1000.00,:eek::eek::eek: So much for finding a £5

So I think thats just about wiped out anything I`ve made this year.....and more:(:(

Never mind, things can only get better....

(((Susan))) sorry to hear about the car bill - I'm sure you'll manage to get sorted out OK

Elyphant - I don't think I've made more than £200 either - have not really kept a running total but it probably pans out as:
    £50 Ebay
    £50 YouGov
    £10 Butlins Bingo
£65 surveys (probably not even that)
£25 put in savings tin when made savings whilst out shopping etc - had to cash in last week though as I was so skint

As OP said at least it is money that you didn't have before, so anything you have made is excellent in my book!

got an Ipsos survey today so managed to redeem for £10 argos voucher :j

Had a reply from shopping site asking me to send them copies of the reviews I did on their site and on dooyoo so they can check them but the ones I did that they didnt publish have been removed and now when I go into films to look for them again (I cant remember which ones they were but they were all films I had reviewed) there is nothing in there, just dvds for things like learning to play guitar etc, no films at all.

Think I will give it a miss and see if I get paid for the ones they have published. Will put the others on Dooyoo stating that they are on the other site too to cover me there.

Have just found three more things to review on the site so that brings it up to 20 reviews so leaving it there.

Forgot to say, sorry about your mishaps Susan, isnt it just the way.

I bought some more bits to make some things for my stall or whatever. Have had a look on the local council web site but cant find any fairs or anything in my area coming up. Havent got the foggiest idea of how to go about finding somewhere but will keep making stuff and hope something crops up.

My SIL said she wants to make a quilt for herself so have decided that the extra one I have that I was going to give them I will keep for the stall. I can easily find something for them for Xmas so not a problem.

Managed to buy the fur to make the teddies for the kids.

So Sorry to hear your news Susan. Boys!!! My nephew was in an accident, his friend had only passed a couple of days before too. I take it your son is ok? Doesn't do your nerves much good though!

Well done Rufus on getting so organised. There always seems to be craft fair's by me. Is there a Hobbycraft store near you? There maybe a poster of up and coming fairs in the window, or you could just ask, someone in there might know of one.

I had a reply to shopping.com too. They asked me to send a copy of the reviews I had transferred, but while I was waiting for the reply I had just re-written them, so that was a waste of time.

I have been so busy today. This is the first time I've sat down, so no money making here.
