  • Is anyone here on Ciao? I joined ages ago but then did nothing with it. However, after reading about Ciao on people's dooyoo profiles, I've started transfering my dooyoo reviews on to Ciao to see if it earns much.

I much prefer dooyoo as with Ciao you only get paid for your review being read, you don't get paid just for writing the review like with dooyoo. But I've got plenty of reviews already written on dooyoo so it's not like I'm spending lots of time writing reviews for Ciao just to earn a few pennies. I'm transfering one review a day (ish), so far I put 4 reviews on Ciao and got about 50p! Not much but I'm hoping it will start to add up quicker once my dot thingy has changed from the newbie colour (they use coloured dots on Ciao to tell you how much experience people have).

Anyway, if anyone would like to join Ciao I can send you an invitation and then it earns me a few more pennies :o. If you are interested please pm me with your email address.

Here is a mini update from me:

Money from cashback (mostly from Dec 09 and Feb 10, but £30 from cashbackrewards that I've taken 4 yrs to finally be able to cash out!): £127.52

    Money from eBay: £131.00

Other money: £15.00 for setting up an Amazon credit card

    Total cash: £273.52

    Vouchers:

£30.00 play.com (from old credit card)
    £30.00 amazon (from dooyoo)
£3.50 amazon (from current credit card)

    Total vouchers: £63.50

Loyalty cards are currently on a couple of quid each, nothing major :/

Have pm'd you Nicky. I googled it to find Ciao but as Rufus has said, I only came up with Ciao Surveys so I gave up! LOL

Of this subject. Doind really well at the moment - Have payed off credit card. Littlewoods catalogue. Simply be catalogue. Probably only owe about £80 on Next now and £50 on Studio. Them I'm all clear! I had to use my Christmas savings to do it but I still have 10 months to make it all back.

I didn't list my ebay stuff by Wednesday (mini challenge) but will do some today. I fugured that with the kids being off next week, if i put it on a 10 day listing, they should finish when the kids are back at school and I can concentrate on it better.

Well done Jamtart that's brilliant! What a fantastic start!

OT how's the wedding plans coming along?

  • I'm so excited my first Dooyoo cheque came today, I only ordered it the beginning of last week so didn't expect it so quick.
Will have to open a special savings account for it though because if it goes in my current account it will just get swallowed up and I want to save it for christmas.
Thanks for the support, wouldn't have done it without you.

well done Kelly and thanks Elysia I am pleased up to now. eBay is where it is at, but its a lot of faffing, but pays off overall. To think..I would usually have thrown all that stuff out!
