Which shower do you recommend?

Options
I am looking to replace my old shower which was an electric heatrae sadia dove shower. The only thing that went on it was a pressure releif device. I have a part number and looked but to no avail so I will need to change the shower. Any recommendations. I know Triton and Mira are good but any particular models. Price range is about £100 ish.

thanks

we have a basic model in the Triton range
it was only £49.50 but is really good,so for
a £100 you should get a really good one.
this is our third one the other two previous
ones each lasted roughly 10 years before having
to be replaced,so they seem quite long lasting.
the only thing we added to our new one was
a better shower head £18 and a long 2 metre
    chrome hose £22

Have you asked Heatrae Sadia themselves?

    Cheers

  • Yes and they told me that they have local suppliers. Oh well just have to fork out some extra money. To be fair I straightened this pressure relief device about 7 months ago so got some use out of it. The sister in law came and knackered it.

Are you able to comment on the KW of the shower?

This will determin the type of shower you need to buy.

http://www.showerdoc.com/shower-spares/heatrae-sadia/electric-showers/SADIA-PARENT-15?pg=2#undefined ... Item G SADIA-95607237 ..got to be worth calling them!

If the pressure relief valve has gone it may need a bit of a clean out of the insides and shower head if it's all scaled up. Though in the end you may end up replacing it anyway!

If you replace totally out of mira or triton i'd go for mira...triton don't have such a good reputation these days as they used to.
