No probs, it took several days for them to get back to me with an answer to a question I messaged them - much longer than it took me to find the answer on this site actually!

Hurray! Finally heard from ESA. Cancelled a lot of applications because of the weather but ended up with 12 out of 14. Thats ok.

I wouldn't worry about things going into the pending database. I think about 20% of mine have gone in there! Only ever had 3 queries though, 2 were from the stores being picky not a proofreading issue. The third was for me to give them more detail than could fit into the comments box (phone shop where I was the only person in there and one of the staff started playing football!!)

So don't panic, it's pretty normal and I've never not been paid!

grrrrr abai is sooooooooooooo slow and none in my area :mad: no doubt will release those tomorrow when i am out and i will miss them
