Signed up to them 6 months ago. MS'd for 5 years for a variety of companies. Still waiting to be assigned a job with ESA, have applied for many.

One of the food shops I applied for a fortnight ago, I was sent an email this morning telling me it was available and telling me to apply.

Your post confirms my thoughts...will ignore all emails in future.

    Ditto

With 2000+ jobs still sitting there you'd think they would be biting peoples hand off to allocate the jobs given the "tight" timescales

How bizarre, I've just been offered a visit to a phone shop that is 170 miles away on GFK! Not like them to be this random, maybe someone's started their New Year drinks a bit early.

And I could also do with knowing if I've got any of the ESA shops, have blocked out space in my diary in the hope that I will. To stand up for them, I quite like ESA, their pay is fair, questionnaires usually straightforward and not too many queries (although some). But I wish they would get on with it with this lot of jobs. Think they might have taken on too much at once, if they can't even allocate them, think how long it will take to proof read and deal with the queries.

I could be hanging around outside shops, stopping people and whispering "Psssst, wanna buy some eggs?":easter_ba
I was thinking I could share them out amongst the other members of my Slimming World group, as they are super free foods on SW. Might make them think I am crazy as I tend not to explain to people that I am a mystery shopper to keep it mysterious.

Sorry TG. The correct link should be www.helionresearch.com

Also I have over w while got PM's from new people asking about tips. Over the years I have sent tips to many people over and over. Would it be an idea as I have time over the next few days to complie these and it could be added to the end of the post on the 1st page. Would you think the title "Tips for those new to MS'ing."

And does everyone else think that would be helpful.

Thanks Pearl. Will go and change the OP now. And your idea is fab ... PM or email me what you want to put and I'll add that in too.

I'm starting SW again tomorrow. Lost 3 stone 10lb in 2007 but have put over 2 stone back so want to lose it again. New Year = Food optimising!

    I've been Money Tipped!
I called them on Tuesday 22nd December and was advised that only a few were sent out with wrong address details, and that bulk of them were sent on Friday 18th December.

This I don't really believe, as everybody who has stated that they have received petrol payments received them WITH the wrong address, none seem to have been sent out correctly.

They asked me to give it till the New Year, which I will do , giving them benefit of maybe Christmas post causing delays, but I am really unhappy about this.

Bizarre - they were as nice as anything with me. They asked me to scan in the first letter to show the error, told me to contact them if I hadn't received the 2nd jobs payment by Cmas Eve.

Their email also infered it was the whole batch that had gone wrong. Maybe they're doing a work around if it was the whole batch and are asking people to hold off whilst they sort a solution for everyone (my cheque was handwritten, so I guess that isn't a solution for every assessor!) ?

Good luck with that TG! I've got far too much chocolate in the house to go on another diet yet. I started WW last year, stuck with it for 3 months and lost nothing :(
  • I have just received all my TNS work packs for the supermarket and the pub visits in the new year so if anyone has any of these booked, it may be a good idea to check the TNS site!

Don't get me wrong, they were perfectly fine, I have no problem with the staff at Aba-i, always friendly, always happy to help in any way if they can.

I hadn't had any petrol letters at the time, and so I guess they were still hoping I might receive something in the post. (Although they definitely told me it was only one batch that were wrong).

I am waiting on quite a bit of money, so I will call them as agreed on Monday, not with a bad attitude, but I am annoyed about it as could have done with that money over Christmas.

    HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYBODY!!!
