    Bit of advice needed please.

I had a RE job for yesterday that I couldn't carry out as I had to take my elderly Father to hospital suddenly. As the site is down until the 4th Jan do you think I should carry the job out on another day, or just leave it?
    Many thanks in advance.

Sorry Max...have visions of you scratching ur head looking at a perfectly working website:rotfl:.... I meant on the first page of this thread where all the MS companies are listed, the link to Helion (where you click the name) - that link appears to be goosed.

    Sorry again :D

I'm just off out but I'll have a look at it when I get back!

Sorry TG. The correct link should be https://www.helionresearch.com

Also I have over w while got PM's from new people asking about tips. Over the years I have sent tips to many people over and over. Would it be an idea as I have time over the next few days to complie these and it could be added to the end of the post on the 1st page. Would you think the title "Tips for those new to MS'ing."

And does everyone else think that would be helpful.

I would leave it and contact them asap with your reason and hope they can give you another date soon just incase they refuse to pay out not sure if you had to purchase anything but better safe than sorry.

Thats only my thoughts and other people may do it differently

It would be helpful for new players but dont forget that most of the silly questions come from people who have not read the first few posts anyway. So it would only benefit the people who take the time to read the opening posts but at least then people can get guided back to post one.

You probably could as long as it is still in the same time and date frame. After all it isn't your fault

  • Right, I have just been given a couple of these.I did one a while back and it was a nightmare.

Any suggestions about the returns scenario?

    I will start with one.

I bought these thinking they were dry roasted but they are ready salted. Have to be careful with my salt intake.

    Any suggestions gratefully received.

    Cheers.

i received mine but it had a random address on- instead of the first line of my address it had the first line of the address of where i shopped. luckily it had my name and postcode on and RM had obv looked it up as my street was handwritten on the envelope! also had about 6 other identical envelopes with correct details on which prob helped!:p

I did 2 petrol jobs - both addresses muddled it appears. 1 postie hand sorted in depot, 2nd never arrived. I contacted ABAi, who sent a cheque for the 2nd job.

Quick call to them wil resolve if you're still waiting as they're aware of their error on this one.

I think someone said about buying crisps or biscuits, crushing them and taking them back? I don't shop for ESA so don't know the scenario fully sorry :)
