No dont think they do. I did a few last week and didnt receive an email but the MP3 had been imported. I just had to keep checking.

Thanks for everyones advice. I had already left before anyone replied so had to make judgement by myself. I went the long way about it and visited the competitor twice about 20 minutes apart so put an extra 6 miles on the clock but I was unsure and cant afford not to get reimbursed the fee.

Have to add though, I am off to do another 2 tomorrow and will visit it once and get two receipts!!

RE Website: Another quick question......This morning before leaving, I tried to book an Italian Bros visit but it wouldnt open the page to accept it and when I returned they were all gone. Did RE remove these visits? Did anyone manage to successfully book one of these visits?

Just being going through my accounts to look for payments that I've not yet received (credit card looking scary so scraping around). I've still not been paid the postage amounts from the stamp shops in November and December. Is everyone else in the same boat? I've been paid the fees but not the extra postage for the shops that failed the assessment.

I've done a nice little spreadsheet to show all the outstanding amounts and they owe me over £40! Will chase them on Monday, but thought it was worth reminding the rest of you too.

I've had emails in the past advising that the recording was ready but not for the job I did yesterday. Got a bit of a snotty email today telling me my report should have been in yesterday bit difficult when the assignment was booked for yesterday and I had to wait for the MP3 file to import.

I emailed them back at the end of Nov. they added the amount and I was paid it this month. HTH

Ive just done a pixie and elves visit today with my eldest.

I must say I was blown away.These guys are more like evangelists than sales assistants.

Best service I have ever received anywhere.

I cant understand why the company feels the need to mystery shop.

Anyway, on a slightly different tack...............where do you guys get consistently brilliant service(without asking for a receipt)??

Last night was a complete nightmare. Do they not realise that people are trying to do reports when they upload hundreds of jobs late at night. Their job notes give dire warnings about gettings the reports submitted by midnight or payment will not be made. Yet their website makes it impossible for us to do so :mad:

Well I've finally managed to submit my two reports from last night. It's only taken me 25 hours of constantly trying :eek:

I put the reports in but when it got to the enter expenses page it just wouldn't seem to load. I left my computer on all the time and it was taking at least 4 hours of the egg timer going round before the page did load eventually. The trick was trying to check my computer at the exact moment the page loaded before I was automatically logged out of the website.

I've put up with a lot from RE over the years for very little in return but I feel this is the final straw. I've also had problems with disappearing jobs and RE haven't even had the decency to reply to my emails. It's going from bad to worse

I didn't get paid it. I emailed them to let them know and have had a response this afternoon saying they will pay me for December postage at the end of Feb pay run.

However the assignments I did in November are missing from the list, so I will have to mail back and explain I still need paying for those.
