Grr trying to pick up one of the RE gym calls and even though as far as I can tell the answers are right (have checked the notes at least 5 times now) it still tells me I can't do them. Idiotic website.

I've been trying since 9pm to do reports on RE. Complete nightmare :mad:

Their stupid website is having none of it and has thrown me out so many times. None of them will submit at all.

I'm worried now as the sandwich ones do a cinderella act at midnight don't they?

RE are so not worth all this trouble :mad:

Same here, I cant be arsed with it any more.
The company are a joke. I get a call every other day about a receipt upload but nobody is dealing with my many requests to sort out 2 jobs that have disappeared.
I cant be arsed any more for the pittance they pay.

Was that a phone call job that disappeared?

I had one that I had carried out and it disappeared before the MP3 was imported. Then RE said that I had received an email telling me they were being deleted on the clients request and shouldn't have made the phone call. Of course I never received the email....surprisingly.....so phone call done for nothing :mad:.

I'm actually wondering now if its due to my address....the area they're in is the one my oh lives in and I plan to move to but at the moment my home address is quite a long distance away - although I would have thought it lends credence to parts of the scenario!

I'm more inclined to think it's just the RE site playing silly bu**ers! I think that RE have made another major pigs ear of things.

Imagine what the clients must think if they are having half the problems that we are having. RE's reputation must be going downhill very fast. It's all very well RE getting all these clients (by undercutting all the other MS companies, and that's only possible because RE pays us MSers a pittance if anything at all). But, clients surely want results - and a website they can access.

Perhaps client companies will soon realise that if they pay peanuts all they get is monkeys.

I wonder how many completed RE jobs are going unreported by MSers purely because of website problems. I know that other companies (who value their MSers and, presumably their clients) will routinely take results over the phone if they have IT problems. RE, of course, probably cannot even consider doing this: as we already know, they have taken on more than they can handle and do not even have enough proofreaders to cope with the reports already submitted.

imho, all this does not auger well for RE's future in the industry!

Mine's still showing for March 6th!

I've not had points added though for a green supermarket I did weeks ago - payment is showing though. Don't they bother with them now?
