Just posted on the wrong thread, so sorry people, had both threads open in different windows.

Was just saying that although I passed my certification for stamps, I have never seen a stamp job in my area. Maybe I'm not quick enough?

must be as i still saw the jobs before i had done the orientation, i just couldn't accept them. now i have done it i don't see any in my area!

Did anyone get any stamp jobs in the north east, I've been refreshing for the last hour and don't see any. I've seen some in other parts of the country, just none up here. Just wondering if they haven't been loaded yet or if they are all gone.

Just checked Teesside and I don't see either there (and I see them for my area) can't help sorry.....and how annoying that they spell Teesside with only one 's' - that's one of my pet hates

  • Just a thought, GR seem to have lost quite a few clients this week, anyone think they are not destined to be around too much longer? Would be a shame if this happened because I like most of their questionaires.

I always find the travel agent jobs to take a fair while in store, so will def,. not be doing them for what GAP are offering.

Hope everyone is well and picking up lots of jobs.

I picked up one TA job (close to work and I can fill a lunch hour in there!) and 5 stamp jobs close to home. I had just decided to give myself next weekend off as I had nothing in.... wonder who'll release the next batch of jobs:confused:

I assume MS companies go through a tender process to do the MS work for various retailers, banks etc. Maybe GR came out too expensive for 2010? Many companies are looking to cut back so maybe are cutting out on their MS spending? They still have plenty of clients so I don't think there is anything to worry about.

just got my email from Gap about the stamp jobs and travel agents. There was only one listed on the email, and I must have missed it.

    Oh well...maybe next month :)

I agree, don't know why they spell Teesside with only one s

You'd be surprised. I work for said agent and this is our busiest time of the year!

Can you advise whether the system would show a previous enquiry at a different branch on entering name or postcode?

Thats who my other half did a travel agent job for last week so they still have some - not the same agent as gyp are offering. She got paid 40% more and didnt have to do the second enquiry

I've got a "green cushions and curtains" shop, 3 egg shops and 2 supermarket audits to do today and some crisp photos if I can squeeze them in.

AND my gf is nagging at me to go to Tesco this morning to do the shopping, but she's not even out of bed yet! Maybe she thinks my car is actually some kind of teleportation device and I can travel 20 miles in a split second!

    Scrambled eggs for breakfast though!

    :-)

Chef! Did you do your crisp photos? How did you get on with them? I found them quite time consuming so I'd be interested to know what you thought.
