Praise for Norwich and Peterborough

Thought I take the unusual step of praising my building society/mortgage provider. Not real reason, just that I've spoken to them recently and they were very professional on the phone.
Made me realise that in the 10 or so occasions over 6 years that I've called them, I've never had less than excellent service.
And that seems deserving of praise these days! Compared to the bigger companies I deal with (HSBC etc) I think they are a step above.
