For those who are using MS Money but have now found some banks (Nationwide for eg.) have stopped providing statements in Money format here is a simple solution that I have used. Get your data into Excel (from CSV, copy/paste) and convert into QIF file using this Excel add-on called XL2QIF. The QIF file can be directly imported into MS Money.
