pay as you go dongal and parental control

hi peps hope you can help.If you have a pay as you go dongal how do we set up the limited access stuff. sorry if its a really basic question.

    it will be automatically on, on some networks like T-Mobile. Other networks like O2 do not have a lock on at all. G

    For someone to remove the lock, they would need a credit or debit card as a "proof" which obviously no child is going to have. The prepaid cards dont work either.

    The lock will basically not let the children view adult content like !!!!!! or gambling.
