Anyone on here have experience of which codes belong to which courier?
I have a code starting PBBT followed by ten numbers. They use DHL and Parcel Force for the UK but both are claiming it isn't one of their codes.

Don't have any experience of codes but try emailing www.Zooplus.co.uk/contacts I know they use GLS which is part of Royal Mail and on their return invoice they say they use SOEE British partners of DHL.0 -
GLS are parcelforce by another name.
Have you tried UPS? I know it doesn't say they use them but im sure I had a tracking number for UPS similar to this.:happylove DD July 2011:happyloveAug 13 [STRIKE]£4235.19[/STRIKE] £2550.00 :cool:0 -
I tracked my parcel from zooplus using this

Thanks guys
I should have mentioned that I knew about the GLS thing and already tried them.I also had tried Royal Mail, DHL and HDNL out of sheer desperation. And I've now tried UPS as well. Nada nothing. They are only open Monday to Friday so I will have to wait till Monday to phone them. I just hope their customer service has improved from last time. It was dispatched on the 17th and with it not showing up on the courier websites I bet they have lost it or something. I bet I won't see it before the new year now.

I'm not sure the parcels are trackable anymore, I've tracked on the Parcelforce website in the past (for a GLS delivery) but the number sent in the Zooplus email that time was a 12 digit purely numerical code. My latest delivery had PBBT followed by 10 numbers and I couldn't track it on the parcelforce site. It also came from Bedford, not Germany as all the deliveries before have been, and looking on their website it seems they have a fairly new UK distribution operation.
The default selection for delivery has always been GLS for me, they only send it DHL if you physically change the option at checkout. Having said that my last order didn't give you the option to change as you couldn't uncheck GLS but that could have been due to the weight/type of products ordered?0 -
