more non-sense from amazon and city-link

An update from an earlier post. I ordered a train-set from Amazon to be delivered by city-link. Who delivered it to some random guy I don't know. This is how I should run courier service, I wouldn't need any staff. I could just give the parcels to people on the street and say there are delivered.
Well Amazon contacted city-link, who promised to retrieve the parcel and deliver it today. Well they didn't, not much of surprise, how they proposed to get it back is beyond me. Rang Amazon who promised to send a replacement, and email confirming this. Still haven't received any notification.
My advice, if your Amazon order says city-link cancel it. Then buy the item from nearest shop, it will cost more, but at least you will actually get it.
