Hi all,
Can anybody suggest a cheap any easy way to do a credit transfer between 2 cards.
Before you all say "just transfer it", read on.
I have a Halifax classic card with about £1500 pounds on it. Current rate 5.9%
I would like to transfer it to, if possible, to an offer from Inteligant Finance who are offering a transfer rate of 4.95% on life time of balance. No transfer costs.
But here is the rub Halifax & Intelligent Finance are part of the same company and will not allow me to transfer between the two cards
How can I do it with out causing me any extra costs.? :think:
Is it worth all the agro? :mad:
I've yet to get back to them. If I can't figure away, it's not worth taking it up.
Please put your pennys worth in.

You will need an alternative card that isnt backed by HBOS. Try a NatWest or Barclaycard though there are many others and at this late hour I am finding it difficult to recall what the current best deal is.0

I have only just moved from an IF card to a Sainsburys card which is also back by HBOS.
The Life Of Balance Transfer is a little higher at 5.94% but I managed a transfer OK with that.
