I want a 'recomendation tool' on my website

Hi All, i would like a simple recommendation tool on my website. Something simple like: Do you think your friend may be interested in my website? type thing. A place for them to put their email and place for new persons email. Can someone recommend how I can get hold of one? Please PM me if you need to see my site. Thank you.

Also I have a search facility on my site, however it doesnt work (I have adapted a template) any idea how I can make it work?
