that shows you a real time satellite picture of the weather as it moves across the UK?
Banana Lovers
Buy your bananas in bunches of 5 on Sunday. Then arrange them in order of ripeness and write a day of the week on each banana in felt pen, Monday on the ripest, Friday on the greenest to save time making those decisions on a hectic weekday morning

The nearest thing that I know of would be google earth with weather enabled.0

How about this one? http://www.raintoday.co.uk/
or http://www.meteox.co.uk/h.aspx?r=&jaar=-3&soort=satradar
It's not satellite, but it is real time radar info (which would be nearly the same info). Radar can tell the difference between rain and snow.
edit: here's some real time satellite images - http://www.sat24.com/0 -

Only updated every 30 mins, but close enough(?) Again, it's radar not satellite0 -
Radar is probably what I meant rather than Satelite - the kids want to watch the snow heading our way!Banana LoversBuy your bananas in bunches of 5 on Sunday. If you use Firefox, install the forecastfox add-on.
Then when you hover the cursor over the little green ball to the left of the hourly forecast clock, a radar map will pop up.Move along, nothing to see.0
