my ppi just starting

Hi,
Who can help me,
I am new to claiming PPI and have a reply from Barclays to my request letter generated from this site.
The question is - Barclays have sent me there PPI COMPLAINT STANDARD CUSTOMER QUESTIONAIRE do I answer this as in there front headed letter they wish to have an answer or update for me on the refund of PPI by 08 Jan 2010 and they are looking into my concerns? or I can call them direct on an 0800 number!
No offer as yet!

Anyone else had this letter?

    Welcome markmyppi,

    Welcome to the board.

    Well done for taking the first step. We had a barclaycard questionnaire which we filled in to our best of knowledge, for any parts we couldnt, we asked them to refer to our original letter and to our file that they would have. We had a successful outcome so keep going and good luck.:T

    Hi and welcome Mark.

    Wishing you luck on your reclaim, keep at them.;)

    These questionnaires are getting more common now, if you can just complete to the best of your knowledge, but if the questions are in relation to what you have already sent them in your letter, write next to the answers (Please refer to my letter dated)....
    If the questions are in relation to the account....(please refer to my account).

    They still have 8 weeks as from your original complaint.
