A warning to all of you who have seen the Ads for this company.
To say the I am P***ed :mad:off this company would be an understatement, I ordered a light from this company on the 30/11/09 as a christmas present at no point did it say they were out of stock and I had a confirming email to say my order was being processed as it was next day delivery I thought great.
Said light did not arrive the next day or the day after that so finally after waiting for 5 days I sent an enquiry through the website. The following day I got an email to say Thank you for your email. The item which you placed on order has gone out of stock. We have requested the out of stock item(s) from our stores to be transferred back to our warehouse. This will be with us in the next 5 - 7 days. It will be put for immediate dispatch when they arrive.
Which annoyed me a little but it should still arrive in plenty of time for christmas.
I then got this email on the 09/12
Dear Customer,
Thank you for your order. Unfortunately, we just been informed that the items which you placed on order has been discontinued now. So please visit our web site again to look for alternate product or please advise if you wish to cancel your order? If we can assist you further or you have any questions or queries please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused,

To say I was annoyed is putting it mildly as I checked the website and they were still displaying the item for sale.
I finally managed to get them to cancel the order on the 11/12 and asked them to refund my money as they had taken the money for the light out of my account on 01/12.
I still have not had my money back, I spoke to someone who apparently was from CUSTOMER SERVICES! and she assured me that the refund process had gone thorough on the 13/12 and should take a maximum of 5 days. I have just spoken to another alleged customer service agent who said the department that would deal with this is busy and she would email them to get them to contact me when asked if this would be today she said " I don't know as I don't know how busy they are" Which I guess means she does not know a thing and is a really useful first point of contact for customers! and to top it off when I told her I was not happy she said it was nothing to do with her as she wasn't in the right department!
So as it stands I am nearly 100 pounds out of pocket and have been for 18 days as I had to order the light from elsewhere (god bless Ebay, who I just like to point out from order to delivery was 3 days!) and I still don't have a nswer as to when I am going to get my money back.
So buyer beware this company should be avoided!

exactly the same experience - DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY , they take your money then make unforgivable "errors" they dont answer emails (over twenty) - borderline fraud - you have been warned !!0

I'm not even going to START to explain my experience with this company. Suffice it to say, I have never in all my years experience customer service (or such an absolute blatent disregard to customer service) as this company's offering. Simply the worst shopping experience I have ever had in all my life. This company simply CANNOT be trusted. I cannot stress enough, to anyone that might read this, that you should under no circumstances consider purchasing ANYTHING from them. I hope I've made my feelings on them pretty clear!!0

I had the same problem with this company, lack of communication NEVER kept up to date with the status of my order, if i was told something it turned out to be an absolute lie !!
I cancelled the light fitting, brought the same fitting and a cheaper price from a company called Luxury Lighting who had the item available and i got it within 3days!
