PAYG electric meter faulty advice needed asap

It doesn't look like you are on a two rate system - you don't have storage heaters do you?
It says you are on rate 2 at 25 to 12 in the morning,
No standing charge on screen F (also no debt recovery)
Prices on I & K are two tier, one rate prices.
You'll probably find J moves during the day as you'll have used up the 1.4 kWh at rate 1 early on.
Keep taking reads, and double check the maths of the meter.
Screen R says only £5 EC (not minus £5 - it's the limit, not what is available), but it's giving you more.
It usually only does this at night/bank holidays etc but they may have extended it to weekends
Do you have any electric heating? If so, it is feasible to use £20-£30 in a week when it is cold.
If you want to look back at reads, BG should be able to help you 0800 048 0303 or 0330 100 0303Disp A: £7.90 debt (no just go upto £8.00 in a 10p jump) emergency credit used.
Dis B: All characters lit.
Dis C: 11.34 Rate 2
Dis12.09 Rate 2
Dis F: Charge\week 0
Dis H: 00103 rate 1 kwh
Dis I: 23.40 pence pkwh Rate 1
Dis J: 00793 rate 2 kwh
Dis k: 10.92 pence pkwh Rate 20
