Thanks for all the ideas girls - we sometimes do 'no points' soup - but must put on the blackboard about the healthy eating salads to try and get them in!

Some one just tried to convince me (or herself) that chocolate brownies were low calorie - don't know about that especially with the big dollop of ice-cream and chocolate sauce she had with it!

Oh and I just got an email with a fantastic term for most of us 'MUMTREPRENEUR' which apparently refers to ladies who want to supplement the family income and start small businesses at their kitchen tables - sound familiar anyone?

we have groups come to our coffee shop this adds to advertising, leaflets in through door shops few adds in the paper. we hold bday parties and also do outside catering it all helps but word of mouth is whats geting people in.

we had a man hes a regular say he was in belfast at a coffee shop and no seats available so he hasked if he could sit beside thisother man. they start to take and then he brings up about a coffee shop in clough an dhow he liked the sandwhiches as they were filling our regularsaid yea go there all time. and thats 22 miles from us
