Belle aren't you lucky some of us have to work all year round. Anyway tha show in Balmoral is same day as Mela in Botantic Gardens and its packed regardless of weather!

lol i work aswell we have a coffee shop but im not doing any fairs as i need get my disertation done fo uni so in a sense i will be working lol

Is the Belfast Meela any good? Thought my Chutney might not be hot enough, I am freezing beside Naveem at the City Hall Contintental Market this weekend, and his 'Marsala Mirsh' is soo hot it blows my head off! Though I have learned that Chicken Tikka mix can be used as a dry marinade to make Tandori Chicken!
