What on earth are you implying??? Just tryin to establish whether Inkwell is the person I met at Hillsborough doin caracatures - who happened to be a bloke!!!! Honest, you can say nowt on this site!! I don't sell with Etsy or Folksy but have seen both and they do seem v good - was talking to a girl at a fair before Christmas who does Etsy successfully - do you have to be accepted by them (ie they decide whether your stuff is good enough to sell through their site) or do you just register?Life's a box of beads - rainbow coloured and full of surprises!:D0 -

I am a bloke mainly except for certain evenings (joking)
I may well have run into you somewhere, cud it have been Hillsborough ?
Fi99, will see you there hopefully (come and get a Free Caricature)
i have also e-mailed a few other events I have seen on this site so hopefully will get about a bit
On another note, if anybody is looking to set up a website there are some very good template based sites at there which you can set up yourself with very little IT knowledge.
Mine costs about £60 per year but does pretty much everything I want and can be changed or updated at any time
I have changed mine about 20 times as things have progressed and it definately brings in the business
If anyone wants to view it you can google inkwell cartoon
I'd also be interested in any new ways of advertising if anyone has any ideas
RACH39- just noticed your post, so we did meet at Hills Pr Sch, in fact I put a link on my website to your site after that.0 -
From what I can tell you just register. Its 20p per item to list and then 5% of the total sale amount (not including postage). Etsy is in dollars, but appears to be slightly cheaper, but then you might be selling to USA and end up with currency conversion charges on your paypal acct so it might end up the same sort of figure.Im knitty, Im nutty, but I dont know anyone called Nora.0
