Little Gemz was down to me thinking more about the children's parties side of things - wanted something to include kids and jewellery and hey presto!! Fi - you just need something to reflect what you're actually doing. When I started out (before I started making stuff) I brought stuff in from Asia and called myself "Eastern Promises" (does wot it said on the tin)!!Life's a box of beads - rainbow coloured and full of surprises!:D0
-
I bought a sewing machine in Dunelm Mill the other day £60
couldn't wait to get it and I am ashamed to say it is still sitting in the boot of the car lol. April and May are just very busy for me in work, end of year it is a nightmare. I don't really have a name for my stuff though my beauty business is called Beauty Within, as I believe if you have beauty within it will show outwards, daft I know lol
Jesus is alive!!!0 -
£60 for a sewing machine?? THats brill Harleygirl - is it a good one (even if it is still in the box)!! I have a £20 one from the betterware catalogue, but think I have just about reached its limit in terms of how much fabric I can squeeze under the little foot!!Im knitty, Im nutty, but I dont know anyone called Nora.0
-

Really looking for ceramic - I bought a cute 2 cup one in the garden centre for £4.99 in purple and have been trying to track down the manufacturer on the web but seems I have to go via a wholeseller who is being very slow (i.e. didnt respond within 30 seconds of me submitting my query - Im so impatient - !!) to respond.Im knitty, Im nutty, but I dont know anyone called Nora.0

Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum so forgive me if I post in the wrong place!! I'm organising a craft fair on 19th June in Conlig, Co.down in the church hall. I'm looking for any of you that would like to purchase a stall.
I'm still putting the details together so anything you need to know just ask. I work for Praxis in a respite unit in Conlig for children with disabilities and we're hoping to raise some much needed funds for equipment. I'd welcome any advice / suggestions from all of you. I'm hoping to get a good mix of crafters at it. Let me know what else you all need to know about it. I haven't decided on the price of the stalls yet so any ideas oin that are most welcome. You can contact me through here or email me: ingyell@hotmail.co.uk
