After reading several threads i have decided to start my own!
Here we go...
I am 19 and currently in college full time, when i left school i got a well paid job with natwest and even tho i was earning a lot i took out a loan for a new car and an overdraft for £1200.
At the moment my debts are:
Natwest Credit card- limit £800 currently £871 (natwest made charges waiting to get refunded as their fault!)
Avon (never paid my bill! with collection agency)- £110.27 payment plan set up £20 per fortnight.
RBS Account- £140 (Money taken by Natwest that they took from a supposedly closed account!)- payment plan set up to be paid by 31st July.
La Redoute catalogue-£210.74 (only missed one months £15 payment but now with collection service!)- payment plan £20.00 fortnightly.
Natwest Overdraft- £1200. Pay in £30 per week but this only covers charges i receive- i am trying to get this back tho!
As i am full time in college now i only get about £80 a week wages, i need help please i really dont know where to start!
I am registered with cag and read faq's i dunno where to start it really gets me down tho!

!!!!!!!!, i hate CAP1 they are vermin. Ring CCCS and get a payment plan set up. Then once that is done, we can offer advice on how you go back reclaiming all those charges.0

Hi
In answer to your query about CCCS, they are a debt management company, but as they are a registered charity and are funded by creditors this means they (the creditors) and not you pay for the service unlike many other debt management companies which will charge you for adminstering payments. They are very reputable, go to them or someone similar like Payplan who also will not charge you. You could challenge excessive charges as being penalty charges and therefore not legal. You need to do a financial statement or budget and work out what you can afford to pay your creditors then offer them a payment pro-rata based on this - CCCS, Payplan or National Debtline can all help advise on this - nationaldebtline.co.uk is a very helpful website to get you started.0
