anyone else find it annoying to use?
i mean, it's better than filling in the forms and waiting forever for your LEA to get back to you but still...the amount of times i've been logged out for no reason tonight!! grr....

How come your filling it in so late? I thought it all had to be done by May 28th???

hehe well i'm reapplying for my second year so it's a bit different (ummm...i think!!)
i think that the deadline in general isn't really true though, i know a lot of people who applied much, much later last year but everything was fine.
it's still crashing!! aarghhhhhh!!!!:heart2:

It annoys me so much that you cant just see a statement of your balance, what you owe and what the interest payments each month on it are.
They don't bother sending me paper statements anymore. Its a complete sham and I don't even trust they wont overcharge me on repayments.
I think i'll probably pay it off in bulk rather than have it taken off my salary.0
