This was may first time ordering online with Euroffice. Great price, quick delivery. Quite a few days later, I realised that a few of my items (Bic and Staedtler ballpens) were not up to the quality I expected, but it was too late for a return and a refund. Anyway, I rang them to let them know about it, and even without me asking, they refunded me for those items straightaway to my account. Most certainly I would use them again, and would recommend them to anyone.
