Casio warranty work second to none!

I had to come here and let people know about the amazing service from Casio re: a digital camera.
My Casio Exilim camera is just under a year old and stopped zooming, so I checked the warranty and realised it was still under the warranty.
I checked online and found the address for the service centre. parcelled the whole thing up with the original invoice and sent it off last Saturday (12th December). I thought they may ring me or something, but today I received a package which contained a fully repaired and renovated camera with no charge.
I was amazed as all I seem to read these days is things not going to plan, so well done Casio UK!

Hi this sounds like a similar fault to the one I have on my Casio camera but they want to charge £73 to repair it! http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=2204309
