I used to have a text enabled phones and could receive texts in text format. My new phones can't do it, so now texts to my landline do not work. Does anyone know how to switch back to speech texts without having to send a text which I obviously cannot do?

BT Text options line is 0800 587 5252
Its automated and gives the option to change text settings0
