Hi All
We have successfully reclaimed our wrongly added loan protection and they have given us our money back by crediting it to our account. We fell into a small amount ofarrears as we couldnt afford the protection but had paid our monthly loan figure. The arrears paid cleared our little debt and our payments are upto date. We are now being chased by debt collectors employed by LLoyds who will not leave us alone. We have written to them and Lloyds and have proof of postage and delivery and signatures for the post but they will not accept we dont owe the money and will not stop harrasing as they say the debt is now with them - but we have no debt! -Any help please!xx

It might be worth contacting LloydsTSB as well via their head office with a copy of the letter asking them to recall any debt collection activity since there are no arrears on the account and no monies owed.0 -

Hi there
Have you any statements that prove this have been sorted out in regards of the arrears?
How stressful for you.
I suggest that you do what Natweststaffmember have suggested here, and if they keep harrassing you, take it further by complaining to them, if they don't resolve like any other complaint by 8 weeks then take them to the financial ombudsman service (FOS).
I would also put in a claim for compensation for distress.
You could also contact both the Office of Fair Trading (OFT)
http://www.oft.gov.uk/contactus
And maybe the FSA as well here:

Good luck, hope they stop this harrassment soon.;)The one and only "Dizzy Di"
