sorry if it wasn't very clear, but all you have to do is download the file from the site and run it on your machine. after it has been started, it will ask you for a CD to write to so pop one in the drive and it will sort the rest out for you.
then all you need to do is boot the infected laptop from the CD and run the scan.0
