help needed quick please with domain name registing!

just gone to BT's website to register a domain name, never done one before!

went through a quick registing system and says "your order is now complete!" but i have not actually paid for anything yet? or registered a card?


how will i be billed? anyone used them before?

Thats a bit strange I must admit!

With my name provider (1and1) they would always seek a payment method before actually ordering anything, and then I would get an invoice at the end of the month and be billed automatically.

It could be that you'll get a paper invoice? Though this seems odd for a telecomms company.

thanks! just found a live help, apparently it will take 3-5 working days then i will be asked for payment via email

Just for future ideas (e.g you want to reg a domain), go for someone who isn't a white label (as in they just have the front-end of an existing provider) and it will happen in minutes or hours) :-)

Type buy domain name into the search engines and play around till you find the best for you, try to make sure that that's all they do too and it will be much faster I'm sure.
