Commercial Landlord - New and need some reference

Options
Hi,

I inherited a commercial building with business tenants and I need to find an official reference for when I deal with the tenants.

i.e what rights do I have dealing with a situation and what do they have.

Does anyone know of an official guide or similar?

My net searches seem to throw up sites for advice but I'm not sure of the reliability.

Thanks

Rick

Right first thing is you need a commercial solicitor, next a good estate agent that doesnt cost a bomb, remember once your with them I dont think you can get out so quick, so make sure its a long term agreement. I just moved into a shop and got over 2.5k off the asking price per year as the landlord didnt know what he was doing. Make your commercial place, as place where business customers can see there business grow not creating a load of hassle for them. Easy in, easy out.
    Kind Regards
