Hi there recently i tried to purchase a drumkit but was told it was out of stock at wembley drum centre the manager said he knew the rep and could get one in for me in a week as the rep had one left, so he asked for a deposit i gave him my bank card, it now turns out that the rep can't get it in a week can i get that deposit back now what is the law for things like this
? any help would be great

    What does it say in your contract/order details?

    Tbh, I can't imagine in any way that the deposit would be non-refundable, however there's no single law governing this.

    He said within a week and took a deposit on that basis. He can't fulfil,l then deposit will be refundable as the shop is in breach of contract.
