Have been with Barclays for ages and my 3 year £55 deal finishes in the next month or so. Just noticed that Nationwide provide the same cover for £12 a year. Anyone use this? Recommended?

From the blurb that you read in the terms and conditions it certainly appears to be exactly the same. Just wondered if anyone else had taken it out..0 -
Nationwide Card Protection is offered by CPP Card Protection Plan - they offer a similar service to Credit Card Sentinel, and I think it's equal quality of service too.
Nationwide (as CPP) charge £12 for a year, or £29 for three years - a good deal IMHO.
To apply, you can call them on 0800 33 00 00 and quote the Nationwide rates, and off you go! Very friendly customer service reps too
