Hello, I am using Outlook 2007 for my email client. I want to view the .PST file on another laptop. How do I back up the .PST file completly? I want to back up all addresses, emails, contacts, and any data with-in the contact.
Tried already exporting the .PST file but didnt backup everything completly.
TIA

I assume you used File Import & Export and chose Export to a file and then selected Personal Folder File (.pst).
Did you check Include subfolders on the Export Personal Folders screen and select all the folders you wanted to export ?
If you followed these steps, what was missing ?0 -
