Norton System Works Basic 2006 - Rip-off Britain price?

Just thought it a good idea to add System Works Basic 2006 to my Norton Internet Security software. Clicked on the link to their website from my NIS page and onto the US site where it gave all the information I needed, including a price in sterling of GBP16.44. However when I went to order it I was informed that it was unavailable outside the US & Canada. Went to the UK site and guess what? The price is GBP29.99!
Is this fair when in all probability the download is from the US site in the first place and also can anyone here comment on its usefulness?

The same thing happens with itunes in the us and uk.... they just love milking us for money..

as for its usefulness, i think its good for a novice user but if you can get to start->all programs->accessories->system tools you have found most of its features... just not as pretty...

If you still want it, why not just give them a valid US address?

Its £26.99 from Amazon, free p+p and you get the disk and the manual.
Or save a bit and buy the upgrade version, I'm not sure whether it works with any existing Norton product though.
