I've just had an email from them because when I placed an order a few weeks ago they charged me for it twice. They refunded it, and have now given me 10% of my next order! I don't know if this is a genuine apology, or just to encourage me to buy more!!0

They sent me an email to say they'd charged me twice too but no 10% off code!!! :mad:
