I ordered 2 items on 30th November they cancelled 1 without telling me and the other was dispatched 4th December and i got it today! so all in all not a happy bunny!would love to win an ipad!

I agree with sarah1972! I ordered a dvd set on 1st December I received an email to say it has been despatched and delivery 3 working days!
Rang them as still not received (2 weeks later)and was told they do not have any stock of that item at the moment! aaarrrggghhh what bad service to take my money and mislead me into thinking I would receive before xmas! I didnt even get an email update to advise me either
I definately wont be ordering from them again

My order was supposed to have been dispatched on 3rd December, but it still has not arrived. I contacted them , but was told I'd have to wait until today to report it as not received. Now I'll have to trawl the shops for it, as even if they offer a replacement, as I doubt if it would arrive before Christmas.0

All of these are the same company now (for CDs, DVDs etc) and they are all just as bad, poor communications, stock issues, slow delivery, false sales and promotions, slow tracking / payment of cashback.

I ordered Tuesday and it arrived today my cashback also showing within a day, i was happy with the service.0

I just thought I'd post to update on my order. Ordered on Monday 14th, item came today (Friday 18th).
Perfectly happy with that as delivery was free and TBH that's quicker than Amazon's free delivery at other times of the year!:beer:

Delivery takes forever with these guys! I have ordered 2 CD's from them - both gifts - around 4th December. Still havent had them but they say they have both been dispatched.
I have to say I think in future I will stick with CD wow or Play. Just because at least you get things in a reasonable time.0
