Well I finally got this sorted! Combination of posting on the BT Community forums and writing to the chief exec. I did get a very helpful response when I wrote to the chief exec (not from him personally of course). I think it was persistence from the forum team that eventually succeeded. I asked them to post a sticky topic or FAQ so that others in this position will know what to do.
