If you want them to deal with a claim for you, then you have to comply with their procedures.
If you don't want to be interviewed by them, and you are making a claim yourself, you could withdraw the claim which will mean they have no need to visit you.0 -

In that case (there is a claim against you they are handling on your behalf) you will have agreed to comply with their claim handling procedures when taking out the policy, so will need to let them interview you. (If you have a particular reason why you don't want them in your house, then tell them, and ask if they will meet you at another venue).0
