Item not turned up, money taken, ignoring emails

Hiya
Please could someone advise me on what to do as I have no idea.
I ordered some items from www.justbeautifully.com on 1st December, the payment left my bank account on 3rd December but I still haven't had a confirmation email to say that my order has been dispatched. They say on their website that they usually dispatch goods within 24-48 hours or if there is a problem they will email with an expected delivery date.
I have now emailed them 3 times to ask about the order status but as yet they haven't responded.
The order was only £16 and I know its not a lot of money to some people but I ordered these items in good faith.
Any ideas what I can do?

Could you call them, as opposed to e-mailing? If not then you could write to them (send it recorded).0

Yeah sorry, I forgot to say, I've tried phoning a few times but basically you get put into a queue then after about 10 mins of holding when you finally get to position 1, the phone starts ringing again and you think, this is it, I'm going to get to speak to someone ....... but it just carries on ringing and ringing, nobody picks up then you get cut off!
I'll try writing to them and send it recorded. Thanks.
What can I do if there's still no response from them? Its more a matter of principle now though tbh!

Have you checked your junk mail email box - they might have got back to you but the email went there instead (this has happened to me before now)0

Yes I've trawled through the whole junk folder and inbox several times.
Its also strange how whenever I ring up I'm always in queue position 3! Never straight to 2 or 1 or even in at number 8!! (unless they only go up to 3 because you wouldn't hold if you thought you had to wait for 7 people in front of you to have their say)!
Edited to also say that last time I ordered from them the item was out of stock but they kept me informed of expected delivery dates etc etc and seemed pretty on the ball ..... it just seems that this time I've hit a brick wall.Official DFW Nerd Club Member No: 286
